Wow that is some powerful imagery. Sad to see an infant that young into a habit so horrible.
This story (or photos actually) inspired me to write a poem about it. Hope people enjoy it and like it.
Hits home as someone close to me is suffering from lung cancer. This boy is so young and innocent, i'd be afraid to see him years from now aged, sickly and creased from smoking. Let's hope life treats him better than it apparently is now!

This is the real reason why we should ban smoking altogether. He's about Nigel's age and a street beggar - he's got money for smokes but not food?
