More sewing for the Chinese New Year

Just two more sewing projects I totally forgot to post. This time...for my cousin Faith. A spring dress and a pink blouse (that needed some alterations).

    The pink dress is so sweet and my gosh I think I have that same fabric stashed away somewhere! Is the flower felt?
